If for some reason you are not happy with the item, just send it back within 30 days after receive the item and get a refund on the price of the item (not cover shipping cost).
We appreciate that circumstances do change, and there will be moments where you want to return an item that you bought from us. Thankfully, you can use our return policy to accomplish this. You can replace an item if it is damaged, altered or not what you thought it was, on the condition that it has not been used. While you’ll be reassured to know that nearly all of our customers are completely happy with their purchases, but there are always going to be an instance or two where people need to make a return. That’s why we’ve worked to ensure returning an item is quick, easy and above all else a friendly process.
As previously stated, we accept returns on items which have met all of the above criteria. They need to be returned to us in the same condition you received them in, so please bear that in mind. If you do choose to return one of our items, then we need it back within 30 days of you getting the item.
Please declare the low price ($10) and mark as gift when you send it. So I don’t have to pay for customs taxes for the return package.
We will refund the cost of the product in full. This will not include the cost of expedited shipping if you chose this delivery method. Also, we do not refund any customs fees if they occur. If you decide to send a product back, all delivery charges will be carried out your own expense.
